Xiaomi introduces high-end Mi-3 smartphone

The Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has introduced its latest high-end Android smartphone – the Mi-3. The new company product comes with all the latest technologies including support for LTE and a huge 5-inch Super AMOLED Plus display at Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels).

Inside the Mi-3 is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor that comes with four Krait 400 cores at 2.3 GHz and integrated Adreno 330 graphics. The smartphone also has the unusual amount of 2.5 GB of RAM next to 32 GB of internal memory, a rear 12 MP camera with LED flash and a powerful 3000 mAh battery. The smartphone runs Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie.

The Xiaomi Mi-3 is available now for a price around USD 350. Later on the Chinese company will also release a dust, shock and waterproof version of the same phone. The pricing and the release date of this one are still unknown.
