Gigabyte releases Aorus X5S v5 Camo notebook

The Taiwanese Gigabyte has quietly released the new Aorus X5S v5 Camo notebook, which can be used for heavy tasks and of course gaming. The Aorus brand name is used for premium hardware devices from Gigabyte and the Aorus X5S v5 Camo is not an exception. For instance the notebook comes with a thin (22.9 mm) aluminum chassis and has numerous connectivity options that will allow you to show your games to anyone.

The Aorus X5S v5 Camo is built around a 15.6-inch IPS display that works at 3840 x 2160 pixels. The notebook has an Intel Core i7-6700HQ Skylake processor, a GeForce GTX 980M video card with 8 GB of GDDR5 memory, 16 GB of DDR4-2133 memory (expandable to 32 GB), a 1 TB hard drive, a 256 GB M.2 SSD, an AverMedia streaming card that allows you to share your gaming sessions with other gamers around the world, a 4-channeled audio system with two installed speakers, USB 3.1 Type-C ports, a LED backlit keyboard and more.

The Aorus X5S v5 Camo is not cheap, though – the notebook can be yours for GBP 2199, which is around USD 3100. The price includes a 2-year warranty too.
