Windows 10 gets a price

We have mentioned this before but we will say it once again here – time has a funny characteristic – it just goes by too quickly. Can you imagine that in just two short months Windows 10 will have been with us for a year? Just as a reminder – Microsoft’s latest OS was released on July 29, 2015.

The one year anniversary will hardly be something to celebrate for some people, though. The reason is that on July 30, 2016 Windows 10 will get a price, which will be USD 119. Until this date the OS will be provided for free to qualifying systems just as Microsoft promised a year ago but after this date you will have to pay for this software.

So if you want to upgrade to Windows 10 maybe the time is now. Once again, the now free OS gets a price in about two months time.
