NVIDIA has issued a voluntary recall of its 8-inch Shield tablets that were sold between July 2014 and July 2015 with the reason for the recall being a faulty battery that can overheat and cause fire damage. The tablets with the bad battery will be replaced and the recall does not affect any other NVIDIA products.
