Gainward outs Galapad 7 tablet

Another Taiwanese company has entered the tablet market and this time it is Gainward – the company has released its first tablet known as Galapad 7.

The Galapad 7 is based on a 7-inch display that works at 1024 x 600 pixels and includes an NVIDIA Tegra 3 SoC at 1.3 GHz. The tablet includes 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, a built-in GPS receiver, front 2 MP camera, HDMI and a built-in 3500 mAh battery.

The entire device measures 196 x 122 x 9.9 mm and weighs 330 grams. It runs Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean and is available now for USD 216.
